SeatGeek has announced a partnership with Spotify that will direct fans to the ticketing marketplace from the Spotify app. The integration is currently limited to venues where SeatGeek serves as the primary ticket seller. For now, this covers 15 US partner venues, primarily professional sports arenas such as AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas.

Spotify previously experimented with direct ticket sales but now focuses on integrating third-party ticketing companies. The streaming service currently lists 46 ticketing partners, including Ticketmaster and AXS. The app also allows users to follow specific venues to receive notifications about upcoming concerts and events.

Spotify has added several new features recently, including a song information tool and group messaging. The platform is also attempting to address AI-generated content in its library. Spotify now reports 750 million monthly users.
