After you arrive, a robot will block your entrance, so you must look to the left of a store where a robot is grumbling that his buddy has disappeared and he is unable to continue unloading a delivery. He advises you to go to the bar, so dash over there, through the main area where the customers are seated, and via a door at the back of the space.
A robot who drank too much alcohol and passed out can be found here. Jump on the shelf and use your paw to push a carton of bottles onto his head to startle him awake. You can now follow him back to the hat shop after he awakens. Now that the two robots are delivering hats to the store, one of them will drop a box to the ground. Quickly climb inside, and wait for the other robot to pick it up and carry you through the robot bouncer. Leave the box once inside the store, proceed to the window, and take the hat.

- To rouse the robot, climb up to the shelf behind it and knock the beer case off.
