YouTube will livestream the Coachella concert for free, starting Friday, April 10, at 4 PM PT, offering fans an alternative to attending in person. This event will feature feeds from seven different stages, including 4K streams of the main Coachella stage, the Outdoor Theatre, and the Sahara stage. YouTube confirmed that the Quasar stage will be available in both horizontal and vertical formats.
Around-the-clock Coachella TV will showcase performances from this year’s festival alongside past sets. YouTube will also provide a multi-view option for viewers to watch up to four stages simultaneously. YouTube’s “Watch With” feature will return, enabling interactions between content creators and artists, providing real-time feedback and reactions. Notable creators like Valkyrae and Daniel Wall will participate.
An online merch store will offer exclusive items from artists, including BINI, Ethel Cain, Foster the People, Laufey, and The xx. Fans can access the store by scanning QR codes during the livestream.
YouTube stated, “All the festivities begin next Friday at 4 PM PT on Coachella’s YouTube channel.”
