Apple has scheduled its first event of the year for March 4 at 9AM ET in New York City. The “Apple Experience” event will also run simultaneously in London and Shanghai, though Apple has not confirmed whether it will stream the event publicly.
Bloomberg’s Mark Gurman reported earlier this month that Apple was planning hardware announcements as early as the week of March 2. The event is expected to bring new iPads and MacBooks, including a refreshed MacBook Air and 14- and 16-inch MacBook Pros with M5 Pro and M5 Max chips. The base M5 MacBook Pro arrived in October 2025.
There’s also speculation about a new entry-level MacBook in light yellow, light green, blue and pink colorways. For iPads, Apple may announce an entry-level model with an A18 chip capable of running Apple Intelligence, while the iPad Air could get an M4 upgrade. Updated Mac Studio, Studio Display and Mac mini models are expected later this year.
