The Xiaomi 18 Pro is expected to launch in September alongside the Xiaomi 18 and Xiaomi 18 Pro Max, and will likely be the first devices to feature Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 6 chipsets. According to Digital Chat Station on Weibo, the Xiaomi 18 Pro will reportedly be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 6 Pro SoC.
The new device is said to include an “ultra-clear” small flat screen with large rounded corners and ultra-narrow symmetrical bezels. It will reportedly feature a 200MP main camera with an ultra-large sensor and a 200MP telephoto macro camera, also with a large sensor.
Upgraded dual speakers and a “relatively large” vibration motor are among the expected enhancements for the Xiaomi 18 Pro. The device is anticipated to have a battery capacity of at least 7,000 mAh, with support for both 100W wired charging and wireless charging.
It remains unclear if the Xiaomi 18 Pro will launch with Android 17 pre-installed.
