A battery endurance test by the TechDroider channel compared the Xiaomi 17 Pro Max against several other flagship smartphones. Despite being equipped with a large 7,500 mAh battery, the Xiaomi 17 Pro Max lasted 13 hours and 36 minutes. This was only five minutes longer than the iPhone 17 Pro Max, which has a significantly smaller 4,823 mAh battery and recorded a runtime of 13 hours and 31 minutes.

During the test, the Xiaomi 17 Pro Max also registered the highest peak temperature among the devices, reaching 47.6 °C. The heat level prompted the tester to briefly pause the procedure after temperature limits were surpassed. The Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra, with a 5,000 mAh battery, placed last in the comparison with a runtime of 11 hours and 20 minutes.

  • Pixel 10 Pro XL (5,200 mAh): 11 hours 28 minutes
  • Galaxy S25 Ultra (5,000 mAh): 11 hours 20 minutes
