Warhammer Vermintide 2 Twitch mode is a feature that allows streamers to let their chat to vote on numerous decisions that impact the game, making the run somewhat easier or more difficult. During each vote, the game will either provide two modifiers from which the chat must pick one, or it will present an Item from which the chat must chose who to give it to.
Enabling Warhammer Vermintide 2 Twitch mode
Select Twitch mode from the Map Menu. You may then input a Twitch user and connect to their stream. The game will not enter anything into Twitch chat, instead reading it for hashtag options offered in-game.
This implies that if you don’t want to broadcast yourself, you may connect your game to any current stream without interfering with the streamer.
Configuration
The streamer can modify the voting period as well as the amount of time that must elapse before another vote can begin.
An effect’s number of spawned units can also be multiplied.
Modifiers labeled “Mutator” “Item” and “Buff (beneficial)” can all be deactivated in the settings menu.
These variables can be altered in the options menu and even in-game while Twitch mode is enabled; however, the changes will not take effect until the next round of voting.
If the in-game options for time between votes, voting time, and spawn quantity aren’t to the user’s liking, they may be changed directly in the user settings.config file.

Group Size
The number of enemies spawned by a “Spawning” modifier varies with difficulty. The final result is also multiplied by the “twitch_spawn_amount” config value.
