The Evoker is a brand-new hero class in World of Warcraft: Dragonflight that harnesses the power of the five dragonflights to both harms its opponents and heal its allies while utilizing Mail protection for defense. This character has the capacity to function as either a healer or a ranged damage dealer.

What races can play Evoker?

The Evoker class is unique in the Dragonflight expansion since it is the only one of its kind: the Dracthyr. This is because all of an Evoker’s skills are focused on utilizing the abilities specific to each of the five dragonflights, and part-dragon they are! The Dracthyr is also one of a kind among Azeroth’s races in that they can join either the Alliance or Horde.

The Evoker has two specializations:

  • Devastation: This is a ranged damage specialization that primarily focuses on the magic of the red and blue dragonflights to damage opponents at range with various concentrated spells and enormous breath attacks. This specialty may be perfect for you if you’ve ever wanted to unleash your inner Onyxia!
  • Preservation: The healer specialization largely uses the green and bronze dragonflights’ magic to heal allies with breaths and even rewind time on their injuries.

Unique Evoker abilities

The Evoker is a powerful wizard able to command the powers of all five Dragonflights and perform a wide range of prismatic spells that change according on the flight’s magic, such as Pyre, which is derived from the red flight.
