What is the Squad Battles mode?

The Squad Battles mode is one of the pillars of the Ultimate Team in FIFA 21. In this mode, we can play matches and win juicy rewards every week to progress and improve our club. In this section of our complete guide, we want to show you all the details and the levels of rewards available in this edition of the EA Sports soccer simulator.

Just in case you’re new to FIFA, here’s a quick rundown of what the Ultimate Team Squad Battles mode is all about. Basically, it is an offline mode in which we play matches against teams created by other players from all over the world.

It’s a great mode for playing solo (although this year you can play cooperatively).
This mode is ideal for first time players, a great way to earn rewards and coins.
You can choose the difficulty level to match your overall performance.
During your games, you will earn points that will add up to a weekly total.
You can play up to 40 games each week.
Depending on values such as the number of goals, difficulty, your playing style, and other factors, you will accumulate more or fewer points.

FIFA 21 Squad Battles rewards and when they are achieved

Every Monday: from 2.00 AM at that time the weekly rotation of this game mode is performed and you will receive an automatic notification that you can collect the rewards you have won. These rewards do not expire, so you do not need to redeem them immediately, they can be opened later.

With the official Companion App, you can claim your rewards without having to open the game directly. All rewards will be immediately stored in your club when you collect them.

Squad Battles Rewards by Rank

In the Squad Battles mode, we can win many rewards or prizes including mainly FUT coins and envelopes. Although these prizes are more modest than in other modalities such as Division Rivals, they are usually easier and more accessible to achieve for all types of players.
