Google announced significant changes to its AI subscription plans during its I/O 2026 showcase, reducing the cost of its top tier, the Google AI Ultra plan, from $250 to $100 per month.
All three subscription tiers now include access to Gemini 3.5 Flash and the Gemini App with Omni. The $20-per-month AI Pro plan offers an expanded access to core services along with a YouTube Premium Lite subscription.
The Ultra tier, priced at $100 per month, provides five times the usage limits compared to the AI Pro plan, a YouTube Premium Lite subscription, and includes access to the forthcoming Gemini Spark. However, the storage limit for this plan has been reduced from 30TB to 20TB.
Additionally, there is a $200 option within the Ultra plan that grants access to the Project Genie world model and offers four times the usage limits of the $100 tier.
