Microsoft has started rolling out new filters to help users organize their Xbox game libraries as part of an Xbox Insider update. This feature allows users to categorize their games into purchased titles, shared titles, and Game Pass titles.
The update also introduces a revamped boot-up sequence with new sound and animation, along with tiered Gamerscore badges for players to showcase their achievements. Microsoft typically implements updates gradually for Xbox Insiders, and it has not provided a specific timeline for when these features will be available to regular Xbox players.
This announcement follows a recent leak of Forza Horizon 6, a significant exclusive title for the Xbox platform. Asha Sharma, the newly appointed CEO of Xbox, stated that the division will be moving away from Microsoft’s Copilot AI. While AI capabilities may still be integrated into Xbox in the future, the platform is currently distancing itself from Copilot, a shift also reflected in Windows 11.
