- Open the Settings app on your iPhone.
- Select Sounds & Haptics.
- Tap Ringtone.

- Open the GarageBand app on your iPhone.
- Tap + to create a new project.
- Select AUDIO RECORDER and set the track’s maximum length to 30 seconds.
- Import your desired song by tapping the Loop icon and selecting it from your library.
- Trim the song to your liking, tap My Songs, long-press the song and select Share.
- Tap Ringtone, rename the ringtone, and tap Export.
- Set the ringtone in the Sounds & Haptics menu.
Pro tip: If you remove a purchased ringtone from your iPhone, you can find it again by opening the iTunes Store app, tapping More, then Purchased and selecting Tones.
