Iris Fall
Iris Fall is the first title Xbox has planned for the Games with Gold January 2023 promotion, which will start on January 1 and run through January 31.
The puzzle and adventure game Iris Fall was released in 2018 and has a “dreamlike, wonderfully created world.” You will put yourself in Iris’s position as she pursues a black cat into a “labyrinthian world of light and dark” in the tale Iris Fall. Soon after, she starts to realize how everything in this bizarre universe relates to her in some way.

Autonauts
Xbox’s second game for the January 2023 Games with Gold promotion is Autonauts. The game, which was released a year later in 2019, places you on odd, barren planets and gives you the freedom to develop them any way you see fit. Utilize the resources of the planet, create robots that you may train to assist you in your tasks, and much more.

Do you keep the titles you get from Games with Gold January 2023 forever?
When a game is redeemed, it becomes yours as long as you continue to have an Xbox Live Gold or Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscription. You can download any new Xbox games when they become available because the Xbox One and Series X are backward compatible.
How to download Games with Gold January 2023?
You must have either an Xbox Live Gold subscription or an Xbox Game Pass Ultimate, which both grant access to Xbox Games with Gold, in order to be eligible for the Games with Gold January 2023.
These subscriptions cost:
- Xbox Live Gold is available for $6.99/$9.99/€6.99 each month
- Xbox Game Pass Ultimate is available for £10.99, $14.99, or €12.99 a month
Once your subscription is set up, you may start downloading games. To download the titles from Games with Gold January 2023:
- Go to the Store on your Xbox
- Click on the Store’s home page to access the Membership page
- Go to the Xbox Live Gold section
