FIFA 23 SBC solutions: How to complete an SBC?
Under the PLAY > SQUAD BUILDING CHALLENGES menu, SBCs can be played. They are divided into tabs for Live, Players, Leagues, and other categories. Under the ALL tab, you may access all of them.
You must decide which SBC to play and finish by moving on it. The prizes for an SBC will become visible once you cross it. The reward panel can be expanded and collapsed using the right stick (R).

Starting from scratch and manually choosing and positioning the cards to complete a challenge is an option, or you can utilize the Squad Builder to automate the process (Learn how to use Squad Builder in FIFA 23).
You must first pay heed to the Challenge Requirements before deciding whether to Start from Scratch or use Squad Builder to tackle the SBC. Only when all prerequisites are met can an SBC be finished.
The prerequisites will be shown on the left side of the screen if you choose Squad Builder. You may need to change the settings according to the requirements so your team can comply. For instance, if German Gold Players are required, you must set the Quality and the Nation/Region to the appropriate settings.
