How to complete the Destiny 2 Memory Alembic quest?
To see more secrets, you must first unlock Deepsight 2 by earning more Fynch rep. Continue performing patrols, public events, and bounties until it’s unlocked if you haven’t already. After that, search for glowing Deepsight nodes around Throne World patrol zones. The one you’re looking for directs you to a Scorn Chieftain’s body.
How to get Qualichor in Destiny 2
The corpse spawns daily in one of these three locations:
- Fluorescent Canal, on the trail to Queen’s Bailey
- Quagmire, on the trail into the Alluring Curtain
- Miasma, on the trail to Witch’s Echo
You’ll notice that you have an On the Trail buff, which maintains the path in front of you green until the task is finished if you continue along the trail until you reach the prompt to investigate debris. You’ll eventually run into a Lucent Hive, so go ahead and take him down. Return to Fynch and pick up the Memory Alembic quest after a chest and some Qualichor spawn.
Complete the Destiny 2 Memory Alembic quest
Now that you’ve accepted the mission, it’s time to search for more Qualichor so you can refine it. You must kill Lucent Brood Executioners to obtain any. You can only kill one of these per account per day. Therefore, you won’t be able to complete this task quickly. You can also look for Inquisitors, which are hard to locate and defeat.
You can advance by about 25% each day by killing one Executioner and a few Inquisitors, and you can get the Ascendant Bounty Hunter Triumph by killing three Executioners. The Refined Qualichor can be obtained by returning to Fynch after the progress bar is full. Open the Executioner’s Hoard using that. Its position fluctuates since you must first locate three Inquisitors and their lieutenants before coming across three Lightbearer Hive foes.
Watch for the message on your screen that says “Inquisitors” when you want to know where they are. After you have vanquished these foes, search for a Deepsight node that will take you to a chest that needs Refined Qualichor to open. You’ll also finish the Executioner’s Hoard Triumph and receive some random riches.
