What do the different lengths mean?
A Grand Prix lasts a total of 305 kilometers. This requires between 50 and 70 laps, but the exact number depends on the track you are driving. In F1 22, like in the previous games in the series, we can choose three different race lengths: 100%, 50% and 25% (full, long and medium). As you shorten the race, the number of laps you complete will change according to the percentage you set. But we have to think strategically when making decisions because every decision we make changes the pit stop we need.
