The tech giant is already planning for the showcase of their new generation of Samsung Galaxy Book laptops at MWC 2022 after the recent announcement of the Galaxy S22 series, consisting of the Galaxy S22, Galaxy S22+, and the Galaxy S22 Ultra. It’s no surprise to anyone that they will be attending the annual Mobile World Congress 2022 (MWC 2022) in Barcelona, Spain.

Samsung is known for both its high-end and budget-friendly devices. Galaxy S22 phones or Galaxy Tab S8 are great examples for their premium products which have elegant designs and are stacked with the best tech available. Also, their more affordable product lines such as Galaxy A-series have all the necessities which are combined with the right components makes for a great device for the price. This endeavor to balance product lines in terms of features and affordability also extends to the company’s current laptop line.

Samsung usually does not announce what it will premiere ahead of a technological event, but it did so for MWC 2022. In a blog post, Senior Vice President of the company, Hark-sang Kim stated that:

Samsung also reveals that its next-generation Galaxy Book laptops will be powered by Intel CPUs. They are expected to use Intel Alder Lake chips, such as the Core i7-1260P, based on previous reports. But it also should be noted that Intel has introduced two more Core i7-series processors, the Core i7-1270P and Core i7-1280P, both of which are more powerful than their Alder Lake-P architecture. On February 27, 2022, at 6 p.m. UTC (9 a.m. ET), Samsung will be hosting its MWC 2022.
