Microsoft has just introduced a new wireless controller for its Xbox video game platforms, the Aqua Shift Special Edition, which comes with a bright blue finish as the most characteristic aspect.
The new wireless controller is now available for pre-order with a $69.99 price tag. According to the company, this Xbox controller will be available in the stores of the United States on August 31.
Users will be able to use the new controller both on Xbox Series X/S consoles and Xbox One as well as on Windows 10 and mobile devices under Android and iOS systems. This way the users will be able to pair and switch between these devices, according to their preferences.
In addition to being quite different from the other models at first glance, the new Aqua Shift Special Edition also has other features worth considering.
For example, the textured grip on the triggers, bumpers, and rear casing will make it easier for users to enjoy when their favorite gaming sessions become so intense.

It will also be possible to capture screenshots or take video clip recordings of sessions with this Xbox controller.
Microsoft also says that users can also use the Xbox Accessories app to reassign functions to other buttons as well as the ability to create custom controller profiles for their favorite games.
The new wireless controller is powered by two AA batteries for up to 40 hours of battery life, although users can purchase a separate USB rechargeable battery kit.
