    If we decide to use the Alexa app to unregister, what we have to do enter the application, then in the bottom bar, select the “Devices” icon, a screen with all the connected devices will be shown.

    Click on it and a new screen will show a series of sections, find the “Deregister” button and click on it. If we click on that button, the app will take care of the rest and lead you to the end.

    Another option is to use the Amazon app on your smartphone. First, we need to log in with our account, then we have to go to the “My Account” section and in the screen that opens look for the “Content and devices” section.
