Now Sony, Microsoft, and other stores refuse to refund for Cyberpunk 2077. Sony, Microsoft, and other stores refuse to refund for Cyberpunk 2077
They indicated that Sony was accepting returns from Cyberpunk 2077 for players requesting a refund due to the poor performance of the game on consoles. However, it seems that the situation got out of control due to the huge amount of frustrated players, which resulted in Sony, Microsoft, and other stores denying the possibility of a refund.

The funny thing is that this news comes right after CD Projekt released a statement apologizing for the state of the game and encouraging players to wait for upcoming updates that would solve all the problems. They also mentioned that if they didn’t want to wait, they could opt to return the game and if they had any problems they could contact them. However, it seems that things are not being so simple.

As for the refusal of other stores, Bandai Namco Entertainment is in charge of distributing the game in 24 countries in Europe, along with Australia and New Zealand, and is the company that is refusing to accept physical returns of Cyberpunk 2077, leaving users in the hands of CD Projekt.
- Sony is refunding money to people who bought Cyberpunk 2077 for PS4
- CD Projekt RED accepts their underestimation of Cyberpunk 2077 for older consoles
It seems that the returns of Cyberpunk 2077 were a pure flag since Sony and Microsoft are not accepting them because of the enormous amount of frustrated players.
