Google has announced a global expansion of its Personal Intelligence feature for Gemini, aimed at providing users with a comprehensive view of their digital lives across Google products.

This development excludes the European Economic Area, Switzerland, and the UK. Google stated that Personal Intelligence will be made available for free to all Gemini users worldwide “in the next few weeks.”

Personal Intelligence leverages data from Gmail, Photos, YouTube, and Search to analyze user history and shared content. A demo illustrated its capabilities by showcasing how the feature can assist users with inquiries about vehicle tires, considering the make, model, and travel needs.

Initially, the feature was confined to paid AI Pro and AI Ultra subscribers in the US when it launched earlier this year. The expansion will now include access for AI Plus subscribers worldwide, supporting all language versions of Gemini.

Last month, Google extended Personal Intelligence to free users in the US, and it is now poised to roll out to all remaining free accounts globally. Specific timing for the rollout remains unconfirmed, but Google indicated that users can expect access to the feature soon.

“A broader rollout to free users coming in the next few weeks,” a company representative said, emphasizing the significant expansion of this feature.
