PowerPoint Presenter Coach is one of the tools offered by Microsoft to help users rehearse and practice their presentation using the app.

This tool uses artificial intelligence to provide a series of tips to improve oratory and vocabulary in a dissertation. Microsoft is now extending this dynamic to more platforms and adding more features to Presenter Coach.

Microsoft’s Presenter Coach will help you to improve your PowerPoint presentations

Once you finish your PowerPoint presentation, you can use this tool to test the effectiveness of your dissertation. Every time you finish an essay, the Presenter Coach gives you a series of suggestions, for example, if your way of speaking is monotonous, if you need to replace words, or if your presentation has a lot of “filler” text, this tool will give you tips.

And now more functions have been added to this tool. For example, the user can take advantage of the device’s camera, this way the assistant can give you a series of tips on your posture in front of the audience. It could tell if you are too close to the camera, if the audience could have a clear image of your face, among other tips. All these recommendations are presented in a report at the end of the rehearsal.

On the other hand, continuing with the tips related to public speaking, this tool will also tell users if they have repetitive language and will suggest a series of synonyms to replace those words.

And as a bonus PowerPoint Presenter Coach will also be able to help you to improve the pronunciation. At the moment, this feature is only available in English.

All the new features are available for Microsoft PowerPoint in the web version, but the rest of the options we mentioned are already available for Mac, Windows, iOS, and Android. An excellent option to improve your presentations along with other PowerPoint applications that have become indispensable.
