The Xiaomi 18 series is expected to launch in approximately five months, with recent leaks highlighting specifications for the Xiaomi 18 Pro. Rumors indicate a triple camera setup similar to the Xiaomi 17 Pro and feature a customizable AI button, set to be positioned on the device’s side.
The AI button is designed to enhance user interaction, enabling the launch of AI functionalities in various scenarios, including control over smart home devices and compatible Xiaomi electric vehicles (EVs). Earlier reports mentioned that Xiaomi plans to introduce an “AI-powered smart window,” which may relate to the rear screen’s AI capabilities.
Renders suggest the Xiaomi 18 Pro will boast a 6.3-inch display, a dual 200MP sensor configuration for its main and 3x telephoto cameras, and a battery capacity exceeding 7,000 mAh. The device is also expected to support wireless charging and feature a full waterproof rating.
