TikTok launched a new integration with website builder platform Wix, facilitating the linking of website data to TikTok’s business platform. This update is designed to streamline content management and ad campaigns for users of Wix.

The integration is now available in the Wix App Market. Wix users can access the enhanced features by downloading the updated TikTok Ads integration, which simplifies the addition of the TikTok Pixel into website code.

Users can also integrate TikTok’s Events API, which tracks visitor interactions on their website and supplies engagement data to TikTok. This functionality aims to ensure more relevant ad targeting based on user actions.

TikTok stated, “By combining TikTok Pixel with Events API, businesses can capture more accurate conversion signals and optimize campaigns more effectively.” The company reported that ad partners who linked their TikTok Pixel and Events API data to Wix experienced a 19% increase in incremental events and a 15% improvement in cost per acquisition (CPA).

The improved integration is expected to unlock advanced commerce capabilities. TikTok mentioned, “With product catalog sync, businesses can power solutions like Video Shopping Ads, making it easier to showcase products and drive purchases directly from TikTok content.”

With this integration, businesses can control the specific data elements connected to TikTok, adding enhanced functionality. Given that Wix has over 250 million users worldwide, this partnership could offer TikTok valuable promotion and awareness opportunities.
