LG plans to unveil the LG Gallery TV, a canvas-style art television, at CES 2026 in Las Vegas from January 6 to 9. The model comes in 55-inch and 65-inch sizes and features a flush-mount design with customizable magnetic frames.

Equipped with a Mini LED display and LG’s Alpha 7 AI processor, the TV delivers 4K resolution. It integrates the LG Gallery+ paid subscription service, which provides access to a library of more than 4,500 artworks for display. Users can also generate custom images using built-in generative AI tools or showcase photos from their personal libraries.

LG developed the Gallery TV in collaboration with museum curators. A dedicated Gallery Mode optimizes brightness and color settings to emphasize the texture of displayed artwork. The display includes reflection handling and glare reduction capabilities, though specific technical details remain undisclosed. Picture settings automatically adjust throughout the day in response to changes in ambient light.

This launch builds on LG’s prior art-inspired televisions. In 2020, the company released the ultra-thin OLED LG GX Gallery TV. LG has also offered other Gallery Design models with wall-flush mounting options. The new LG Gallery TV introduces more specialized art-focused features, positioning it as a direct competitor to Samsung’s The Frame and Hisense’s CanvasTV.
