The first renders of the Google Pixel 10 have surfaced, indicating that the device will retain a familiar design when it launches in August 2025. The leaks shared by Android Headlinesshow a continuation of the design language established by previous Pixel models.

Pixel 10 design details

The Pixel 10 will feature dimensions of 152.8 x 72 x 8.6mm, making it slightly thicker than the Pixel 9’s 152.8 x 72 x 8.5mm. The camera bump will add an additional 3.4mm, bringing the total thickness to 12mm. These slight changes might allow older accessories, like cases for the Pixel 9 and Pixel 9 Pro, to remain compatible with the Pixel 10 and Pixel 10 Pro.

The design showcases flat sides and a raised camera bar, consistent with the aesthetic introduced in the Pixel 9. No additional buttons are present, aligning with a trend among Android devices. The SIM slot will move from the bottom to the top of the device, allowing space for an additional speaker cutout.

Specifications of Pixel 10 models

The Pixel 10 will boast a 6.3-inch display and a triple rear camera setup. Renders of the Pixel 10 Pro indicate it will retain the same dimensions and design as the base model. The Pixel 10 Pro and Pro XL will also maintain the same overall dimensions: 152.8 x 72 x 8.6mm for the Pro model and 162.7 x 76.6 x 8.5mm for the Pro XL, noting a minor reduction of 0.1mm in height compared to the Pixel 9 Pro XL.

The design will unify the three new models, contributing to accessory reuse and minimizing waste. The Pixel 10 is expected to utilize the Tensor G5 3nm SoC manufactured by TSMC and will feature 16GB of RAM. A MediaTek T900 modem may also be tested for the device.

Software and release timeline

The Pixel 10 is anticipated to launch with Android 16, which will debut in June 2025, two months ahead of the Pixel 10’s expected release. This timing aligns with the trend set by the Pixel 9 series, which also launched earlier than the standard Fall timeline.
