We gathered a list of the best laptops from MWC 2022 that were showcased at this year’s event.
Best laptops from MWC 2022
MWC 2022 (Mobile World Congress 2022) is a smartphone and mobile device show, but it’s also become a gathering spot for some of the world’s largest laptop manufacturers to debut their new machines.
Samsung Galaxy Book 2 360
At MWC 2022, Samsung announced three new laptops: the Galaxy Book Pro 2, Galaxy Book Pro 2 360, and Galaxy Book 2 360. They appear to be a strong follow-up to last year’s Galaxy Book Pros. They come equipped with 1080p webcams, new color options, and the latest Intel 12th-gen processors to power them.

The Pro models are unquestionably the more expensive option, but it was in fact the less expensive Galaxy Book 2 360 that generated buzz and it is one of the best laptops from MWC 2022. It lacks the upgraded camera found on the Pro models, but it’s still a good deal at $900 and makes for a great alternative to Apple’s Macbook Air. The screen is AMOLED, which has 500 nits of brightness.
Lenovo ThinkPad X13s
The ThinkPad X13s is not only the first ARM-based ThinkPad, but it’s also the first one to ship with Qualcomm’s new Snapdragon 8cx Gen 3 processor. The new CPU is said to equal or outperform modern Intel CPUs in terms of performance while retaining the excellent battery life, efficiency, and connectivity that ARM processors are known for.

Aside from the unusual hardware, the ThinkPad X13s has a number of additional features, including a 5-megapixel camera, up-firing speakers, and a huge touchpad. It also weighs less than 2.35 pounds.
Huawei MateBook E
The Huawei MateBook E is the newest Surface Pro challenger, and it outperforms the device in a few key areas. It is accompanied by an OLED screen, which is excellent news for color accuracy. While the Surface Pro 8 has a fast 120Hz refresh rate, OLED may provide a more apparent distinction to the average buyer.
It also comes with the M Pen, which is the device’s stylus. Even if you don’t get it as a freebie, opting for the $100 upgrade will get you an extremely accurate pen with a faster response time than Samsung’s own S Pen.

Microsoft’s Windows 11 has helped to drive more interest in Windows-based touch devices. Of course, the growing popularity of touch-centric systems is due in large part to Windows 11. Microsoft continues to enhance the platform with more and more touch-friendly features, and it’s fantastic to see new entrants into the 2-in-1 category such as Huawei MateBook E.
Lenovo ThinkPad X1 Extreme Gen 5
For many years, the ThinkPad X1 Extreme has been a popular device line-up. The legendary and dependable ThinkPad brand packed with the power of an XPS 17 is always the selling point for this series, and in its fifth iteration, it improves on things even more. It also is one of the most powerful and best laptops from MWC 2022.

The first upgrade is a substantial boost in graphical performance thanks to the Nvidia RTX 3080 Ti option. This is the greatest laptop graphics card available, typically found in gaming laptops. You have the recipe for something with some insane performance potential between the RTX 3080 Ti and Intel’s 12th-generation H-series chips.
Nokia C21, C21 Plus, and C2 2nd Edition announced at MWC 2022: Specs, price and release date
The ThinkPad X1 Extreme Gen 5 might be the first ThinkPad to be able to easily double as a powerful gaming laptop, depending on how that performance pans out. The second major boost is a 165Hz refresh rate display. That’s a faster screen than most gaming laptops even feature. If it lives up to its performance claims, it may surpass the M1 Max MacBook Pro.
