Samsung has launched a new low-end smartphone called Galaxy M12 and today we are going to talk about its specs, price, and release date. It could become one of its bestsellers for this year. It is a device from the low-end series of the brand offering a screen with a high refresh rate and a huge battery.

Considering that the price of the Galaxy M12 starts at just $150 with the current exchange rate, we can’t expect to find the most advanced specifications. Even so, Samsung’s new smartphone has several interesting details that we will not find in any other device of this price.
Even though the screen of Galaxy M12 has a standard diagonal of 6.5 inches and uses LCD technology, it stands out for having a 90Hz refresh rate. These figures are immensely appreciated in this price range, as not many models provide this experience.
Galaxy M12 has a gigantic 6,000mAh battery capacity, more than enough to run the device for a couple of days without any problem.
Unfortunately, the M12 does not include a fast-charging system, so we have to settle for a charging speed at 15W via USB Type C.
It has an Exynos 850 processor. It is a chip manufactured in an 8nm process with 8 cores, accompanied by 4GB or 6GB RAM and 64GB or 128 GB storage options. Its operating system is Android 11 with One UI 3.1.
Galaxy M12 features a 48MP main camera and an 8MP ultra-wide-angle camera. There are also a pair of 2MP cameras for macro and depth.

Samsung Galaxy M12 is only available in India for now. We don’t know when it will be available worldwide. It will be available for purchase from March 18 through Amazon and the official store of the brand. It will be sold for 10,999 rupees ($151).
