MSI today hosted its IFA 2020 presentation to show its new laptops including MSI Stealth 15M, the new gaming laptop. The company also launched a renewed logo for its new range of business laptops.
MSI presented the Stealth 15M, a laptop focused on gamers and they claim it as the “thinnest gaming laptop in the world.”
The laptop has a thickness of only 15.95 mm, a significantly low figure compared to other gaming laptops. The company did not want to miss the opportunity to introduce the new 11th gen Intel processors and NVMe M.2 SSD PCIe Gen 4 hard drives as well.

Almost an ultrabook for gamers
Reviewing what the device offers us in terms of design, we have a fairly simple laptop that moves away from the aggressive aesthetics so typical of gaming equipment, although it retains some elements such as the MSI logo or the backlit RGB keyboard. But still, the most striking thing is its weight and its thickness. A little less than the HP Elite Dragonfly, to put it in a context.

As a gaming device, the device has a 15.6” IPS screen with FullHD resolution and 144Hz refresh rate. The company has not provided details on color reproduction and accuracy. Also on the front we find an integrated webcam with 720p resolution and the ability to record at 30FPS.
Under the hood of the MSI Stealth 15M we find an 11th generation Intel processor. The company ensures that in the most powerful configuration we can have an Intel i7, but they haven’t revealed the rest of the configurations.
As for the graphics, in the most powerful version it will have a GeForce RTX 2060 Max-Q 6GB GDDR6 or a GTX 1660Ti. It can be configured with up to 64GB DDR4 RAM at 3200MHz and storage will be in charge of an NVMe M.2 PCIe Gen4 SSD of undetermined maximum capacity.
MSI Stealht 15M availability and price
As we said before, the price of the MSI Stealth 15M starts at $1549. It will be available from October and the company has not commented on the markets it will reach.
