Nintendo is suing resellers for the SX Lite and Core hack mods prepared by Team Xecuter for its Switch and Switch Lite consoles and there is a lawsuit against 8 resellers and another against 1 reseller (listed below).

Nintendo opened two lawsuits in Ohia and Seattle against 9 resellers that are listed on Team Xecuter’s website.

anxchip.com
axiogame.com
flashcarda.com
mod3dscards.com
nx-card.com
sxflashcard.com
txswitch.com
usachips.com
Uberchips.com

Some of these websites are currently inaccessible, so it is safe to think the owners closed them due to Nintendo’s lawsuits about SX Core and SX Lite chips that can hack (or jailbreak, whatever you want to call it) Nintendo Switch and Switch Lite consoles.

Nintendo’s basis on these lawsuits are, that Team Xecuter’s SX Pro, a dongle for hacking Switch consoles which comes with SX OS, and according to Nintendo, this operating system allows one to copy, share, distribute and use pirated games.

The company also mentioned Team Xecuter’s SX Lite and SX Core modchips and told that their intention is to go after those who take pre-orders for these hacking solutions, which aloow one to hack Nintendo Switch and Switch Lite units.

Nintendo seeks $2,500 for every device sold by these resellers, and also $150,000 for every copyright violation of its intellectual property.

With these lawsuits, Nintendo will make resellers of SX Core and Lite chips back down. So it will be either not possible or very hard obtaining a hack for Nintendo Switch and Lite in US. But once obtained these chips will still be able to hack Nintendo Switch and Switch Lite consoles, so Nintendo might need to take action in other regions to stop this as well. In that case, hacking or jailbreaking a Nintendo Switch or Lite will be impossible for now. This also means, Nintendo will probably have a harder system to hack next time.
