Apple is reportedly accelerating development on three AI-powered wearables. These devices include an AI pin, smart glasses, and AirPods with new AI capabilities.

The AI pin is an AirTag-sized pendant equipped with cameras, designed to be worn on clothing.

The smart glasses, code-named N50, will feature a high-resolution camera. Production for these glasses is targeted to begin as early as December, with a public release anticipated in 2027.

All three items are designed for connection to the iPhone. Siri, Apple’s virtual assistant, will be a critical component of their user experience.

The smart glasses are described as being “more upscale and feature-rich” compared to the AirPods and the AI pendant.
