How does the DNF Duel Legend rank work?
In essence, players may queue up for ranked matches in Online Mode, starting from Bronze 1 and progressing to Deity. Players must win three rated matches to move up a rank, which is divided into four levels.

DNF Duel legend rank: Gold
- Has 4 tiers (I to IV)
- Players have to win 8 matches to advance to the next tier
- You can advance to diamond by winning 3 of 5 advancement matches
DNF Duel legend rank: Diamon
- Has 4 tiers (I to IV)
- You have to win 8 matches to advance to the next tier
- To advance to Terranite, you have to win 3 of 5 advancement matches
DNF Duel legend rank: Terranite
- Has 4 tiers (I to IV)
- Players have to win 11 matches to advance to the next tier
- To become a Deity, you have to win 3 of 5 advancement matches.
The highest rank group in DNF Duel is called Deity, although, unlike the other ranks, it lacks tiers. Deity points are earned through winning games for players. Remember that the rank is represented by a number.
Players, can they be demoted?
A crest, which moves you one step closer to the following tier, is awarded for each victory in a DNF Duel. The crest that is removed from the board after a loss can be reclaimed after a victory.
When facing a promotion, this still applies. Your current rank or tier will be replaced with the one below it if you lose all of your crests from the board and lose one more match.
The only way to go up a tier or rank after being relegated is to win a rated match, collect crests, and move up.
DNF Duel: Battle Settings
You may choose your default character, stage, and background music in the Battle Settings, which are necessary for player mode or ranked mode.
Open the main menu, choose ranked matches or player matches, then click on battle settings to view your battle settings. It’s important to know that player and ranked matches do not use the same combat settings. You must thus change the parameters for both modes.
You should change your battle settings as soon as you can, particularly for the ranking battles.
