Today we’ve learned that Netflix has just added 5 games to its Android app. No need to wait until 2022. Netflix now brings 5 titles to its own Android app and the best part is that you don’t have to pay anything extra to enjoy these games.
It should be noted, however, that these five games were already available on Google Play exclusively for subscribers of the platform. But from now on you don’t have to rely on Google’s store, in fact, you can directly access those games by using Netflix’s own Android application.
Video games come to Netflix
The five games available on the Netflix app for Android are as follows:
- Shooting Hoops
- Card Blast
- Teeter Up
- Stranger Things 3
- Stranger Things: 1984
All five games are included within the Netflix subscription regardless of the plan you’ve chosen. They contain no ads or payments of any kind, and game progress will be saved in each user’s profile.
A dedicated section called “Mobile Games” will appear within the application, in which all the available titles will be grouped.
In this section, we will have the entire catalog of Netflix games along with a trailer and a description. The application will redirect us to Google Play for the download session. them. After installation, the games will be played through the Netflix app itself.
The Mobile Games tab should appear in the Android application over the next few days. There is no information regarding the iOS users for now.
According to Netflix, this feature is in the early development stage, which means they are planning to bring more titles in the upcoming months.
