The user of a Twitter account with more than 600 followers can create a Twitter Spaces room. The rest of his/her followers will see a purple circle around the profile image. This means that he/she is broadcasting in that room at that moment.
If you click on that purple framed profile picture you will be able to join the Twitter Spaces room. Inside the room, you will be a listener and you will be able to interact by posting direct messages, emojis, etc.
If you want to speak you will have to raise your hand and the administrator can give you permission or not.
