Apple Fitness+ will have new workouts for older adults, pregnant women and beginners

Apple today unveiled an expanded catalog of workouts for Fitness+ that is focused on beginners, pregnant women, and older adults. The beginner exercises will include yoga, strength training, or HIIT workouts; and may also be useful for those who haven’t exercised for a long time.

To top it all off, the Time to Walk walking activities will feature special guests for motivation and/or guidance. We will start with actress Jane Fonda, who will mix several songs with short conversations that will encourage us to walk.

All this new content will be added to Fitness+ starting Monday, April 19, just one day before the next keynote. The service remains exclusive to the United States priced at $9.99 per month or $79.99 per year. It can also be purchased as part of the Apple One Premier subscription for $29.99 per month.
