Comcast and NBCUniversal announced Peacock today and shown the interface as well. It will launch on Jıly 15 and will come with three membership options including a free and ad-supported one.
Peacock chairman Matthew Strauss told that 600 engineers work on the platform and it uses the same infrastructure that Sky uses in the UK. While giving the details about membership, pricing, content types and catalog, Strauss has shown the interface to the new streaming service as well.
There will be more than 15,000 TV episodes and movies at the launch for streaming right away, and the interface looks like other streaming services, like Disney+, Netflix and Amazon Prime Video. It will take some time for streaming services to differentiate.

The main screen starts with Continue Watching and new content immediately on the first rows.
