For those with a soft spot for aerospace history, the name Zeus needs no introduction. Originally conceived in the early 2100s as a promising commercial transport, the ship encountered some early turbulence during test flights that became public mishaps. However, fate had other plans. Navy test pilot Michelle Saleno and her elite squadron, the original 999th Test Squadron, teamed up with Roberts Space Industries (RSI) to overhaul the Zeus’s design, ultimately culminating in a triumphant test flight in 2137.

Zeus Mk II MR – A Medium-sized Security-Focused Vessel
If security and defense are your top priorities, the Zeus Mk II MR is tailored for you. This variant is equipped with an EMP device and a quantum dampener, ensuring that hostile forces encountered during your space journeys can be effectively neutralized.
It’s essential to note that the RSI Zeus MK II, including all its variants, is currently available as a limited vehicle concept pledge. This means the vehicle is in active development but is not yet playable in Star Citizen. The Zeus MK II will become accessible as playable content in a subsequent game patch.
Suppose you decide to pledge for an RSI Zeus MK II or any available variants. In that case, you will be granted access to a temporary loaner vehicle for Star Citizen until the corresponding variant, RSI Zeus MK II, is officially integrated into the game. The loaner vehicle provided will be a currently playable vessel of similar size and function. Initially, this loaner will be the Crusader A1 Spirit for gameplay in the Persistent Universe and other game modes. However, it’s important to note that the selection of loaner ships may be updated during development if more suitable alternatives become available.
