In the realm of Baldur’s Gate 3, we can’t forget about our mischievous friend, who is simultaneously making many players question where is Mol in BG3. This trifling youngster, once encountered in Act I at the Druid’s Grove, left a lasting impression. Act II brought a twist to the tale – Mol was kidnapped during the chaos that ensued at the Last Light Inn. Now, as the dust settles, there’s a chance she’s the sole survivor waiting to be discovered.
Dive into our guide to unearth the where is Mol in BG3 following the events at the Last Light Inn.
Let’s find her: Where is Mol in BG3 and how can you locate her?
Let’s be real here, the anticipation of Mol’s reappearance was a puzzler for me. Among the multitude of familiar faces like Zevron, Lia, and Rolan, our little tiefling buddy remained elusive. Finding her turns out to be quite the intricate puzzle.
Guess where Mol’s hanging out? The Guildhall in the Lower City.
Although, We’ve heard whispers from others claiming they encountered Mol in (Warning: Slight Spoilers!!) Raphael’s House of Hope.
Our hunch is that the Guildhall route is the snappiest way to go. Nevertheless, entering the Guildhall isn’t a walk in the park. Here’s the lowdown on infiltrating the Guildhall and reuniting with Mol in Baldur’s Gate 3.
Step 1: Finding your way to Sharess’ Caress in Rivington
The journey to Sharess’ Caress involves wrapping up Act 2 and reaching the city of Rivington. This refuge for displaced souls serves as a critical checkpoint, potentially barring your entry to Sharess’ Caress. The South Span Checkpoint stands as the gatekeeper. Toss them some coins or engage in a little banter until the Ironhand Gnomes intervene, creating an opening for you to slip through.
Or if you’re feeling sneaky, a dash of Invisibility can help. Approach the Waypoint right after the checkpoint, teleporting your crew without a hitch. Your choice!
Step 2: Chatting up the dwarves at Sharess’ Caress
As you enter Sharess’ Caress, you’ll spot two dwarves huddled, chattering about the infamous “Guild.” Have a convo with them, skillfully using Deception or Persuasion to pry out info about the guild. The next stop on your quest is the Lower City.
Diverse paths lead to the Lower City, including tackling the enigma of the Open Hand Temple Murders. This venture unfurls into a sprawling quest within the Lower City – an adventure that’s absolutely worth your while.
Step 3: The hunt for the Guild Hall
Once you’re nestled in the Lower City, make a beeline for the structure a couple of blocks south of the Elfsong Tavern.
A half-ogre named Tusgront will loom in an alleyway, likely initiating a conversation. It’s game time!
While conversing with Tusgront, brace yourself for a rigorous Deception check to convince him that you’re a guild member. Don’t fret if you’re not up for the challenge. Having Jaheira in your squad works wonders, as her own quest involves gaining entry to the Guildhall. She’ll do the talking for you.
And there she is
When you finally connect with Mol, you’ll discover that she’s deeply entrenched in Guildhall matters, and she’s thriving. The gratification of figuring out where is Mol in BG3 remains the ultimate reward – a reassurance that she’s defying the odds and surviving.
