After completing several activities, users can tap a button to start a chat with Duo to learn why their response was correct or incorrect and to ask for examples or further explanations. According to the firm, the tool is intended to assist you when you make a mistake and are unsure of the appropriate response. When you continue making the same error and are unsure of the cause, the function can also be helpful.
