The Samsung Unpacked 2023 event has ended, and we listed everything you need to know about it. Multiple news was given by the company that could excite the fans in many ways. S23 Ultra was the event’s headliner, but it wasn’t the only thing that was revealed.

Samsung is one of the biggest technology companies in the world, and it holds a huge consumer base in its hands. Yesterday, the new goodies of the company were revealed at the Samsung Unpacked 2023 event. Starting with the new S23 family, the Galaxy Book 3 series and an interface update on One UI were revealed. Samsung Unpacked 2023: What was announced?

The new Samsung S23 family made the headlines of the event. The trio is the new flagship of Samsung heading into 2023’s first quarter and one of their biggest weapons in the market against competitors. The Samsung Galaxy Book 3 series was leaked before, which wasn’t surprising for many. However, getting the official news at Samsung Unpacked 2023 surely excited many. One UI 5.1, new software, and new hardware were all showcased during the event. Let’s look at in detail what was showcased yesterday.

Samsung Galaxy S23

The most bars model of the trio is the regular S23, also known as the vanilla model. Its features are mostly similar to the previous model, Samsung Galaxy S22. It was revealed with 8GB of RAM and a 6.1-inch FHD+ screen that includes a 120Hz refresh rate.

Everything announced at Samsung Unpacked 2023The primary sensor of the camera is 50MP, but you also get a 12MP ultra-wide and a 10MP telephoto that comes with 3x optical zoom. Apart from what remained the same, the new S23 came with a new CPU, as expected.

The Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 processor is the new “brain” of the phone, and Samsung is looking to improve its general performance. 

Samsung Galaxy S23 Plus

S23 Plus is for the ones who like using bigger phones, which was showcased at Samsung Unpacked 2023. It has the “Plus” added in its title because its screen is a little bigger than the vanilla one, 6.6 inches. It is also the middle model between S23 and S23 Ultra. It comes with 256GB base storage.

A 50MP wide, 12MP ultrawide, and 10MP optically stabilized 3x optical zoom camera are all included with the S23 Plus. Additionally, the front camera is now 12MP rather than 40MP, which allows you to take 10MP 4-in-1 pixel-binned photos.

The processor is the same as the vanilla model, as Samsung used Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 for the middle model.

Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra

Galaxy S23 Ultra was the protagonist of the Samsung Unpacked 2023 event. The new flagship of Samsung is similar to the previous model, but a huge camera update was revealed at the event.

The new S23 Ultra has an incredible 200MP sensor on its main camera. Samsung revealed the new ISOCELL HP2 technology before the event kicked off, and we covered that ISEOCELL HP2 would be used on the model. 

Samsung Galaxy Ultra S23 Ultra will be using the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chip.

Samsung Galaxy Book 3

The second awaited product was also revealed yesterday. There are three notebooks in the Samsung Galaxy Book 3 family, Ultra, Pro, and Pro 360 versions. All three notebooks come with an AMOLED screen, and Ultra is the most powerful model, produced both for gamers and designers.

One UI 5.1 was also showcased at Samsung Unpacked 2023. A couple of updates were made, and now it is much easier to update and share whatever you have on your Notes app. It was the only software announcement.
