Modify the Overwatch 2 game settings

  1. Select Overwatch 2 in the Battle.net client
  2. Go to the Overwatch 2 game settings
  3. Select the “Additional command line arguments” option
  4. Paste “-tank WorkerThreadCount 2 -thread 2”

Repair the game files

You can stop the crashing since it frequently happens because of corrupted or damaged game files on the system by searching for and fixing them.

  1. Open the Battle.net
  2. Once there, select the “gear symbol” next to the play button in Overwatch 2
  3. Select scan and repair
  4. Select begin scan
  5. Restart your computer after finishing, then start the game.
