Bel Veth LoL’s Lavender Sea Empress of the Void in-game images leaked. Are you ready for her?
After recently announcing a balance patch, Riot Games is coming up with new content. Following weeks of teasing, League of Legends fans may have gotten a first look at the next Void-based skirmishing champion going to Summoner’s Rift via social media leaks. Ryscu, a League of Legends content creator, published a video showcasing the champion’s probable in-game appearance as well as her potential name: Bel’Veth.
Bel Veth LoL: The new champion is a shapeshifter
Bel’Veth appears in the video as a manta ray-like monster, colored in the familiar-yet-ominous purple of the Void. She has two forms, the first of which is a head with big fins and a swinging tail. When she unleashes her ultimate capability, though, she completely transforms, turning her human head into a enormous horned beast.
She may also utter a few potential in-game remarks of a similar tone to the teasers, with her saying, “every morsel of this world will fuel our metamorphosis.” The new Void jungler is mentioned in the Riot Games’ various Champion Roadmaps and development teasers is on her way to make the world submit to her will.
The game’s developers also mentioned Bel Veth on their champion roadmap:
“Those who do so willingly will be rewarded by becoming part of the ever-expanding Lavender Sea, crashing like waves against the enemies’ defensive structures. Give in to your Empress and let her feed on your essence, so you may become part of the new evolution of Runeterra. And as an added bonus, if you succumb to her you will also bear witness to her true elegance, her true beauty, and the true face of the Void.”
