Invasion: This is New World’s PvE mode, in which you’ll collaborate with 49 other players (that’s 50 total) to defend your faction’s fort against waves of computer-controlled attackers. To be successful, you must survive for 30 minutes. - Outpost Rush: But it’s not quite that simple. Outpost Rush is a PvPvE game mode. It’s a 20-person battle in which you must capture and defend outposts while fending off computer-controlled attackers.

New World is not a free to play game but there’s an in-game store. Players will be able to spend on various cosmetic items to be able to customize their characters. Besides cosmetic items, players can buy XP-boosters too, this way they will be able to progress in the game in a much faster way.
