Now you can edit images on WhatsApp Web before sending them.
Although WhatsApp is mostly used on mobile devices, there are also people who make use of the web or desktop version, people who are somewhat abandoned by Facebook due to the fewer features of this version compared to the mobile version.
And surely it has not been the first time you have sent an image through WhatsApp Web, but before you had to edit it externally in another application such as Photoshop so that the recipient received it as you had intended. Well, editing images in external tools is going to end in WhatsApp Web.
And is that although WhatsApp has already implemented image editing features in the mobile application for five years now, we do not have them in the web or desktop version. In version 2.21 30.9, the image editing function is already there.
The new interface will appear once you select one or more images to share with a contact or group on WhatsApp Web. In the old interface we can see at the top a green panel, but in the new interface now appear a series of icons that will allow us to edit the image. Among these icons is emojis, stickers, text, doodles, crop, rotate, and also redo and undo.
In this way, it will no longer be necessary to edit the image you want to send through WhatsApp Web in an external application since you can do it from the same interface before sending it.
At the moment it seems that it would be a staggering update, and it could even take a few days to be available, so if you still do not have it available, do not worry, just be patient.
