WhatsApp continues to grow with a new update for iOS, the app will have some new interesting features related to the large media preview and temporary messages.

New WhatsApp update for iOS has been released with new features

WhatsApp for iOS has just been updated with new features that focus on content preview and improvements for temporary messages. Now we will see much larger images and videos in the conversations, this will allow us to open all kinds of multimedia content without actually going to the link.

These are certainly interesting improvements that will improve your way to view content within the application

Regarding the temporary messages, all the participants of a group can now change the configuration as long as the administrator allows it. Now we can decide whether the messages will be temporary or not in a group. Below we leave you the patch notes of the new version of WhatsApp for iOS called 2.21.71:

  • The previews of images and videos are updated.
  • By default, any group participants can send messages and change group information including, the group subject, icon, or description. However, a group admin can change group settings to allow only admins to edit group info or send messages.

These are certainly interesting improvements that will improve your way to view content within the application, and have more control over groups. You can check App Store if your application did not receive any new updates.
