There is excellent news for motorsport fans since Electronic Arts and Codemasters today shared the first details of F1 2021. The new installment of the simulator already has a release date, so the studios revealed details of the new features they have prepared for players.
Among the most attractive additions, there is a new story mode and the possibility of enjoying one of the most beloved modes in the company of other players. Also, the title will take advantage of the new generation consoles with a free update.
As in previous releases, F1 2021 will have several editions with extra content and special pre-order rewards.
F1 will take racing to a new level in July
Electronic Arts and Codemasters announced that F1 2021 will be released on PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X, Xbox Series S, Xbox One, and PC (Steam) on July 16. The game will come with a new story mode called Breaking Point, where players will compete to become the star of the competitive circuit. One of the surprises is that Devon Butler will be back.
Another interesting new feature is the possibility of enjoying the Career mode with other players. This can be done both cooperatively and competitively. The title will feature the real season start, so all ranking data will be accurately reflected.
Other player-acclaimed content will also return in the new installment, such as split-screen, short seasons, accessibility options, driver stats, and more. The title will receive free post-release content.

F1 2021 will debut with several editions
F1 2021 will feature a standard edition offered for $59.99 or $1,399. Players will get access to the full title, the Braking Point content pack, as well as exclusive items based on fictional drivers from the new story: Devon Butler, Aiden Jackson, and Casper Akkerman.
To top it off, they will receive a character avatar, a design for vehicles, a suit, gloves, a helmet, and victory voices. Finally, they will be rewarded with 5,000 Pitcoins, the title’s virtual currency.
On the other hand, there will be a Deluxe Edition that will cost $74.99 or $1,699. In addition to the above, this package will include 7 classic F1 drivers for My Team that will be revealed later, 3 days of early access, extra custom content, and 18,000 PitCoins.
