During BlizzCon 2021, Blizzard finally announced Diablo 2 Resurrected, a remastering of the company’s classic role-playing game. As for the price, the game is available for pre-order on Battle.net for $ 2,890 in its basic version. The Prime Evil Collection edition, which also includes Diablo III: Eternal Collection, is available for $4,180.
Diablo 2 Resurrected
It aims to maintain the roots of the original game, but modernize some technical parts of the iconic role-playing game. The remaster brings all the content of the original title, including the Lord of Destruction expansion, with renewed graphics.
It includes support for resolutions up to 4K, support for Dolby 7.1 Surround sound, dynamic lighting, and all cinematic scenes remade with modern technology. Even with the improvements, the gameplay remains similar to the original and the game will feature a button that allows you to compare the new and old look in real-time.
In addition to being available for PC, Diablo 2 Resurrected will also be released for Nintendo Switch, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox X Series, and Xbox S Series.
