How to set different volume levels for each app on a Samsung smartphone?
Being able to control and set different volume levels for each app on the phone is a nice feature. If the videos playing on Instagram are loud, but you don’t want to lower the volume of your phone in general, you can easily solve this problem.
Samsung Sound Assistant also allows you to do this with the applications you want on your phone, so you can have individual control over several apps, especially those that you use more often. You just need to follow some steps:
- Download Sound Assistant.
- Once it is installed on your Samsung phone, open it.
- Go to the individual app volumes section.
- Click on the + button.
- Select the desired application(s) from the list.
- Click on Add.
Once you have selected the applications in question, you will be able to control the volume of that application individually, directly in this Sound Assistant. Thus, the changes you make will be applied only to the application and will have no effect on the volume of the phone.
If at some point you change your mind and want to remove an application from this list, you can do by following the same steps. Just click on the delete option and choose the app to delete. By doing this, you will no longer be able to control the volume of that application individually.
