Dell UltraSharp 40 Curved WUHD Monitor (U4021QW) specs
When we look at slightly more ambitious monitors or to satisfy slightly more demanding needs, we usually look for a higher refresh rate and/or higher resolution than the usual FullHD. In this case, the Dell UltraSharp 40 meets the latter, according to the manufacturer, this is the first 40 inches curved 5K2K monitor.
In fact, it is placed above the monstrous 49-inch Samsung Oddysey G9 in this sense and, with a resolution of 5120 x 2160 pixels, it allows an effective 2560 x 1080 pixels respecting the scaling proportions. However, the refresh rate is 60Hz, so if you are looking for something for gaming or prefer a higher rate this may not be the product for you.
Dell UltraSharp 40 covers 100% of the sRGB scale and 98% of the DCI-P3 color range. The maximum brightness is 300 nits and showing the promised latency is 5 ms.
Beyond the display, Dell UltraSharp 40 (U4021QW) is complete in terms of ports. It has a Thunderbolt 3 (with a charge of up to 90 W), HDMI 2.0, DisplayPort 1.4 and 3 USB 3.0 ports at 10GB/s, as well as a quarter USB 3.0 and a USB type-C of easy access in the base, which allows charging devices up to 15 W power. There are also integrated speakers.
