Boston Dynamics is one of the most promising companies in robotics and they show us the new skills of their robots with a video. With the song ‘Do You Love Me’ in the background, the three company robots dance for more than two minutes with amazing balance and coordination.

The video begins with Atlas (the humanoid robot) dancing in choreography with another Atlas. Then Spot (the robot dog) comes in and finally, the third robot of Boston Dynamics also appears.

The truth is that it is not the first time that Boston Dynamics shows one of its gadgets dancing. Two years ago we saw Spot dancing while ‘Uptown Funk’ is playing. We also saw it dance in a stadium recently. However, in this video, you can see all the abilities of the three robots to jump, stand on one leg, and sway gently without losing their balance at any time. Atlas, as much as he weighs us down, dances better than many of us.

Over the last few years, Boston Dynamics’ robots have shown us what they are capable of. Atlas can run and parkour. On the other hand, Spot has incredible strength, opens doors, etc.

All this has served to show that there is a promising future in this field. However, at the same time, there has also been another interesting situation: the company has changed ownership three times. First, it was acquired by Google, then they sold to SoftBank and recently Boston Dynamics became a part of Hyundai.

So far, the company has put Spot on sale and it is already being used in real environments. Atlas and Handle (the biped robot) are still in the development phase and are only prototypes.
